What is your returns policy?

We try our best to have all orders shipped within 72 hours. All pre-sale items will ship according to the specified dates below.

If you purchased a Pre-sale item, your entire order will ship out on the specific date. If you need us to do a split shipment, please reach out to our support team and we will send you an invoice for $12.95 to cover the flat rate shipping of the second shipment.

What is your shipping policy?

Yes! We are able to ship internationally! All Imperfects orders shipping outside of the United States include shipping and import fees paid upfront.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to cancel and refund orders within 24 hours of purchase and prior to shipping. Please provide us with your order number and email associated with the order you would like to cancel.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Our retail store is in the middle of moving from Liberty Station, and over to Ocean Beach. We are no longer open to the public for in-person shopping and ask that you do any purchases online, or wait to come visit us sometime this Spring when we are open in our new space.
